  • three cloves of garlic crushed

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Citrus Drink

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon of red cayenne pepper
  • 12 ounces of hot water
  • one serving of powdered fiber

 

Mix all the ingredients in a large glass and drink immediately.
