A New Hobby To Relax With And Making Your Own Green Tea

So why not look into a new type of hobby that will lead to getting your mind off those trials and tribulations you may be facing?
This can be very important when life becomes a bit hard, in light of a recent break up you need new ways to relax. But as you let go of the pain and frustration you may soon learn ways that you can get ex back into your life.
Try the hobby of growing your own green tea at home. It’s a simple process and fairly easy to do. In fact it’s something that you can do in an indoor garden. So if you only have an apartment don’t worry, you could soon have your own tea, made just by you.
By growing your own tea you will be able to add in different tastes to the drink too. Placing in different herbs or dried fruits if you want. It will be your own creation, and it will take your mind off of that breakup too! Just head out and find a Camellia Sinesis plant and your well on your way to a new hobby.
When you head out to buy that plant see if you can get one that is either three years old or more. Because you won’t be able to harvest any of the leaves for tea until it is three years old. You should be able to find something in a nursery though, and don’t forget to get your pot and fertilizer while you’re there.
In order to have the tea plant grow you will need sandy soil, and don’t forget the fertilizer to add in every once in a while. To make your green tea you will need to take off the buds and leaves that are the youngest.
Those leaves will need to be dried in the sun, and after drying placed into the oven at 250 degrees. Leave them in there for ten minutes, and your leaves are all ready to be used!
It may seem like a dumb hobby, but it will be something that you have accomplished. A way to get your mind off of problems. And a way that you can have your own unique creation of tea to serve to your ex when you invite him to your home.
